Description:

Classifier or gating for segments. This function adds classifiers to the image before segmentation of Image A taking intensity information of Image B. Set minimum and maximum classifiers before segmentation by applying this function twice with "Min" and "Max" setting for Limit type. Data set by this function is not shown or visible. Use as a single operand function in Pipelines if setting parameters of an already assigned intensity image.
Spherical Mean Intensity: =total intensity / (4*A^(3/2)/(3*sqrt(pi))); Use this classifier if you assume that bigger objects are brighter, when analyzing fields of spherical objects with different size.
