Description:

Reads out gray values from linked images (B) corresponding to segments of a segmented image (A). Each segment is considered to be positive for a given channel if the mean intensity is greater or equal to the threshold. In binarized images threshold gives the fraction of required overlap for classification as colocalized.
The result is given as numbers of segments positive for the indicated combination of positivity.
