Multi-Dimensional Open Position ( IAMDOpenStage )

Parameters:
Name Short Name Type Description
Stage Position stage integer
Resolution level resolutionlevel integer Resolution level for pyrmaidal formats using the Bio-Formats loader. Resolution level 1 is the highest resolution. Use 0 to use dialog setting.
Channels channels integer logical OR of 2^wavelength for each wavelength
Multi-Dimensional Open # MDNo integer Uses the Multi-Dimensional Open window indicated by #, or zero uses the last used window.
Load default settings loaddefaults boolean Loads default settings of the Multi-Dimensional Open dialog before opening images (in case if settings were changed after opening the dialog). Use the "Configure" button of the dialog to save default parameters.
Positions as series swapPosTime boolean All stage positions (or the ones specified as Frames of Time Lapse in the settings will be loaded at the above selected time point forming a image sequence.
Channels as Z or OF swapChanZ boolean Converts selected channels into a z-stack or a short time lapse for Optical Flow calculation. The latter serves Optical Flow calculation from NIS Elements recordings, and requires Events for experimental timing. This option is not available with Block mode or Specify Frames of Z.
Crop multi-scale image by ROIs cropMulti boolean Using ROIs in the input image, a different scale representation of the image defined by "Stage Position" above will be loaded resulting one frame corresponding to the bounding box of each ROI.
Projection type projection string Overrides default settings in the Settings tab of the Multi-Dimensional Dialog. Possible values: "Minimum Intensity","Maximum Intensity","Mean Intensity","Median Intensity","First Frame Only","SG Smooth Order 2".
Load specified frames only of each stack specifystackframes string Overrides default settings in the Settings tab of the Multi-Dimensional Dialog. Leave it empty to not to override, or "All" forces loading all frames.
Load specified frames only of the time lapse specifytimeframes string Overrides default settings in the Settings tab of the Multi-Dimensional Dialog. Leave it empty to not to override, or "All" forces loading all frames.
Description:
Opens Multi-Dimensional Experiment stage position from the active Multi-Dimensional Open dialog. Default values are loaded into the dialog before opening, to support changing dialog properties from Mathematica with IAOptions.
The multi-dimensional open dialog settings are altered by this function.
If this function gets input directly from an "Open File", it will use the corresponding Multi-Dimensional Open dialog, overriding the "Multi-Dimensional Open #" option.
"Crop multi-scale image by ROI": Use this feature with Bio-formats loader only, when working with pyramidal image format. This feature will load high resolution representation of image areas marked by ROIs in the input image. In such use this function must have an image input. The result is an image series, on frame per ROI. Use the "Stage Position" to control which resolution of the image is opened, based on the Multi-Dimensional Open dialog positions list.
