Crop ( IACrop )

Parameters:

Name	Short Name	Type	Description
Crop to ROI (0 for active -1 for all)	roi	integer	The cropped image will have the rectangular boundaries of the ROI. If -1, the bounding rectangle of all ROIs will be used.
Crop all linked windows	cropalllinked	boolean	Crops all linked image windows creating a new set of linked image windows.
Crop all overlaid windows	cropalloverlaid	boolean	Crops those image windows that are shown as an overlay in the selected image window. This parameter has no effect if all linked windows are cropped.
Crop each ROI	cropeachROI	boolean	Cropping will be repeted for each ROI, resulting a new image for each ROI.

Description:

Creates new image by cropping it out from original at the bounding rectangle of the given ROI.
"Crop to ROI"= 0 uses the active ROI.
"Crop to ROI"= -1 uses a bounding rectangle including all ROIs.
"Crop each ROI" will result separate cropped image windows for each ROI.
To crop RGB or other overlaid windows keeping the overlays use the "Crop all overlaid windows" option. Using this option disables the "Crop all linked windows" option.
When multiple windows are cropped, these will be linked together ROI by ROI if multiple ROIs are used.
