Mask Borders ( IAMaskBorder )

Parameters:

Number of tiles in y	tilesy	integer	The image consists of this number of equal sized tiles in y dimension.
Border thickness	border	integer	The image consists of this number of equal sized tiles in y dimension.
Fill value	value	string	Value for filling or "MASK" for masking
Current frame only	currentframe	boolean	If Yes, affects only the currently selected frame, if No, then the whole time lapse.

Description:

Fills the borders with the given value, covering "Border thickness" number of pixels. Use "MASK" for masking.
For non-tiled images use 1 for number of tiles. For tiled images the masking pattern is repeated for each tile.
