Fill or Mask Active ROI ( IAApplyROIMask )

Parameters:

Orientation Type	type	string	Whether fill area inside or outside of the area marked by the ROI
Fill value	value	string	Value for filling, "MASK" for masking, "ROI" to fill each ROI with the value of the ROI number.
Current frame only	currentframe	boolean	If Yes, affects only the currently selected frame, if No, then the whole time lapse.
Union of all ROIs	allROIs	boolean	If Yes, filling or masking is performed for the union of ROI areas, on the active one otherwise.
Labels to mask (comma separated list)	annotations	string	Provide a list of ROI numbers or annotations for masking.

Description:

Fills the area inside or outside of the area marked by the active ROI with the given value. Use "MASK" for masking. Use "ROI" to fill each ROI with the value of the ROI`s ordinal number. In the latter case filling will be always inside the ROI, and the "Union of all ROIs" need to be enabled to fill all ROIs.
Masking inside or outside of annotations: provide a comma-separated list on ROI numbers, labels or annotations in the "Labels to mask" parameter. If this field is not empty, the union of the list elements will be used.
