Description:

Cuts frames that passes the criterion. Runs for all linked Image Windows. (Select only one!)
Percent Intensity: mean intensity of each frame is compared to the given percent of the mean intensity of the whole time lapse. Note: subtract background before using this function with Percent Intensity
Scaling boundaries: the value is compared to the given scaling (or LUT) boundaries set by the Set Scaling/LUT function, when "Percentile by frame" scaling method is used.
