Description:

Cuts out or replaces frames that passes the criterion. Replacement is with the previous good frame, or with the next one if it was the first frame. Runs for all linked Image Windows. (Select only one!)
Percent Intensity: mean intensity of each frame is compared to the given percent of the mean intensity of the whole time lapse. Note: subtract background before using this function with Percent Intensity
Scaling boundaries: the value is compared to the given scaling (or LUT) min and max set by the Set Scaling/LUT function, when "Percentile by frame" scaling method is used.
Image Entropy, Acutance and Sharpness are shown in the Image Property Window. Image Sharpness is defined by the position of the steepest slope of the log-log spectrogram along the frequency axis. The spectrogram is calculated in the middle of the image, over a maximum 1024x1024 px area.
Percentile: an intensity, entropy or acutance value at the given percentile of all frame will be used.
Examples:
Use dimmer than 10 percentile will remove the 9 darkest frames of a 100 frames image series.
Use "Image Sharpness Lower", "Yes", "100" to keep only the sharpest frame of the stack.
