Reevaluate Segments (Apply Gate) ( IAReEvSegment )

Parameters:

Reapply Classifiers	reapply	boolean	Whether to reapply the classifiers and renumber segments.
Data/Text Window Output	textoutput	boolean	Whether to show segmentation results in a text or Excel Data window. If "No" the segment data are still available for plotting.
Weld segments into round objects	weld	boolean	Weld touching segments if they form a rounder object together. Use this to avoid objects fragmenting into multiple segments.
Discard segments at edges	noedges	boolean	Any segment that has at least 10% of its boundary at the edge of the image will be discarded.

Description:

Reevaluates segmentation parameters in a marked image. Use this function if image data in a segmented image is altered e.g. after using morphological operators.
This function also re-applies classifiers if exist. Renumbers segments only if classifiers are reapplied.
"Discard segments at edges": segments that have more than 1/10 of perimeter touching the edge of the image are removed. Use Classifiers to remove all segments touching the edge or ones are close by to the edge
