Description:
Use this function to quality control an image series based on a parameter quantified by creating a Plot Window from a different image window.
Image A: frames from this image series will be completely masked based on the frame-by-frame corresponding plot values in the last Plot Window generated for Image B.
Notes: Do not resample plot. Only the values of the first trace are taken, use means of all traces if required during plotting.
