Support for controlling Image Analyst MKII from Wolfram Research Mathematica is currently disabled.

Features:

  • Image Analyst is linked to the Mathematica frontend through Mathlink.
  • Using the Mathematica frontend, all Image Analyst MKII functions can be called while Mathematica has full control over each image processing parameter.
  • The Image Analyst MKII  functions appear as functions within the Mathematica.
  • Images, ROIs, plot and segmentation data can be transferred between Mathematica and Image Analyst, both ways.
  • This enables using the fast image processing functions of Image Analyst to be used with the algorithmic complexity of Mathematica.
