Use the exportFile/Export current image (series) main menu point or the I/O/FExport function to export the visible contents of an Image Window.
  • For export the actual zoom (and interpolation) will be used
  • Images are exported with overlays and intensity gating (IMD) as shown in the Image Window.
  • Use Preferences/Export tab to set up movie compression format to override compression dialog

At the moment there is no functionality to export raw image data.
