Use this pipeline to recalculate mitochondria:cell volume fraction after removing debris or dead cells by ROI masking from the preprocessed “Cell” and “Mitochondria” images obtained using any of the Mito:Cell Volume Fractionator pipelines. This pipeline will reopen the Excel template and replot the data. See interactive volume fractionator protocol in the Primer.
