Description:
This snippet converts an RGB (3 channel) bright filed image into 2 fluorescence-like channels by unmixing two major components, e.g. hematoxylin and DAB staining. The pipeline uses only the red and blue channels for this. Use the two “Get Linked Channel” functions at the bottom to add more processing. The resultant inverted and unmixed images are ready for segmentation.
